1 lb small highly seasoned peeled shrimp
2 avocados peeled and chopped
1 onion chopped fine
1 bunch cilantro chopped
2 serrano peppers chopped fine may use jalapenos
2 tomatoes chopped
3 Mexican limes
Homemade or store bought shrimp cocktail sauce

Directions:

Peel and cook shrimp set aside in frig. Some grocery stores will steam the shrimp for you; just make sure they use a spicy seasoning when they steam the shrimp. Peel. In cocktail glasses place a layer of shrimp, avocado, onion, tomato, cilantro and chile squeeze some lime juice over all; salt and pepper if you wish. Pour cocktail sauce on top; sprinkle with more chile and cilantro. Place in frig until time to serve. Eat with cocktail fork and saltine crackers.
