1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can minced clams, undrained
1 chicken bouillion cube
2 c. potatoes, diced
2 c. carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1-1/2 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
2 c. milk
2-1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
8 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water and juice from drained clams into large saucepan (not skillet.)
Add potatoes, carrots, bouillion cube, onions and parsley. Simmer until veggies are tender.
Add cream of celery soup, clams, milk, cheese and seasoned salt and mix thoroughly.
Heat gently. Serves: 7 cups
