5 med. potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 sweet red bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. cooked large shrimp w/ tails off
1 pkg. imitation crab meat, chopped
3 (14 oz.) cans condensed milk
1 stick of butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, onions, garlic and bell pepper into 2 qts of water. Boil until soft, but not mushy.
Add butter, shrimp, crabmeat. Let boil softly for five minutes.
Add milk and salt & pepper. Boil uncovered, stirring frequently for five minutes. Great with grated cheese on top when served.
Tip- If you like thicker soup, try adding instant potatoes until you get consistency you like. You can't mess up because you can always add more liquid.
