2 1/2 cups flour,
2 cups sugar,
2 1/2 T. cinnamon,
4 egg yolks,
1 1/2 cups oil,
1 cup applesauce,
2 T. hot water,
1 cup pecans,
4 egg whites,

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in order listed. Beat until smooth, stir in pecans. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in batter. Pour in ungreased 10 inch tube
pan bake 350 degrees F. for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Sprinkle with 10 xxxx sugar.
