1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. flour
5 c. milk
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
3/4 lb. crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 lb. frozen shrimp
3 tbsp. parsley
2 medium potatoes, cut small

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green onions in margarine in heavy saucepan until tender.
Add flour stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in hot sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in crabmeat, shrimp and cooked potatoes.
Cook over low heat until shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley.
