Ingredients:  
1 can tomato soup
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 lg. can shrimp (small shrimp) or 2 small cans (chopped)
*crabmeat can be substituted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat soup. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 c. water and add to soup.
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise and add to soup. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into mold and refrigerate. Unmold and serve with crackers.

My Mother-in-Law made this Shrimp Mold for all the wedding parties that she would help host in Union Springs. It was always a big hit!
