1/4 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 pkgs spinach, chopped in bite size pieces
1/2 pkg Pepppridge Farm herb seasoned stuffing.

2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp celery seed
3 tsp prepared mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup salad oil

Place all dressing ingredients into blender and mix thoroughly. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. May make ahead.

Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl. When ready to serve, mix salad dressing and salad in a bowl.
