1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Can Refried Beans
6 Small Flour Tortillas or 4 Large
1 Can (15 oz.) Black Beans, Drained
1/2 Cup Salsa
1 can (2 1/4 oz) Black Olives, Drained & Sliced
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Large Avocado, Peeled, Seeded, & Chopped
1/4 Cup Green Onions, Thinly Sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix together sour cream and salsa, set aside. In a medium bowl, mix together refried beans, black beans, and cheese, set aside. To make two tortes: Place two tortillas on two seperate plates. Top each tortilla with ingredients, repeat each layer ending with tortilla. Wrap both tortes with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to serve, slice into wedges with knife, spoon additional salsa over wedges and garnish with cilantro.
