3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 T. evaporated milk
Mix well.
Add:
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Caramel Icing:
28 caramels
1/4 c. evaporated milk
Melt caramels & milk in double boiler and remove from heat. Add:
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. shopped pecans
Keep icing over heat for easy spreading.

Chocolate Icing:
Melt:
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. evaporated milk
Remove from heat and add:
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough 1/2 at a time on floured surface. Cut out with small round cookie cutter. Bake @ 350º 12-16 min. Cool.

Spread 1 tsp. caramel icing on each cookie. Then, top with 1/2 tsp. chocolate icing. Top with crushed pecans or walnuts.
