2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
2 T flour
2 t. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
Topping:
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place sweet potatoes, flour, melted butter, vanilla, salt, eggs and sugar in casserole and top with mixture made of butter, flour, walnuts and brown sugar. Bake in casserole dish at 350º for 25-30 minutes, or until light brown on top. You may also use butternut squash instead of sweet potatoes.
