7 oz. envelope of garlic salad dressing mix. vinegar, hot mustard,2 chickens cut up, flour and shortening.

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together salad dressing mix, 2 T vinegar, 1 T prepared hot mustard in large bowl. Add 2 chickens , (cut up) Add chicken and turn to coat each piece. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Shake chicken in bag containing flour to coat pieces. Heat shortening in a heavy skillet and brown chicken on all sides. After browning arrange in shallow pan and bake at 350ºfor 45 minutes
