Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Cup Scalded Milk
1 Cup Sugar
2 Squares Soft Margarine
10 Cup Flour
3/4 TLB. Salt
6 Eggs Beaten
1 Cup Warm Water
3 TLB Yeast
1 tsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast in warm water with 1 tsp sugar sprinkled on top. Scald milk and add margarine, salt, and sugar. Mix well. When cool, add eggs. Add yeast mixture. Stir together and add flour. Mix together but not too much as it will make the rolls tough. When the dough holds, together, place in greased tupperware bowl. Turn over so both sides are greased. Cover and let rise about 2 - 3 hours. Divide into thirds. Roll out into oblong. Cover with butter. Add sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips and nuts if desired. Roll up and take strong thread and cut with thread about 1 inch apart. Place cinnamon rolls on greased jelly roll pan. Let rise again until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Spread with cream cheese/powdered sugar icing.
**Note: I save 'throw away' pin tins and place 3-4 rolls on each tin. After they are cooked and icing is on, put them in large plastic bag and put in freezer. They freeze well and can appear whenever a friend stops by or a neighbor needs a treat.

Personal Notes:
These cinnamon rolls have a way of disappearing from the freezer when the family comes home to visit.
