1 TLB yeast
1 TLB Water
1 TLB Sugar

Scald 1 cup Milk
1 Cube Butter
1/4 Cup Sugar
3 eggs
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Make paste of yeast, water and sugar. Set aside. Scale milk and add butter and sugar and stir until dissolved. When cool, add eggs and stir well. Add yeast and mix. Add enough flour to make soft dough so dough won't stick to bowl. Let rise 5 hours or overnight. Roll out on floured board. Make rectangle or oblong shape. Spread with butter and fold over in thirds. Slice with knife. Roll around finger and put in muffin tins. Let rise 3 hours. Bake 10-13 min at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
