1 medium head cauliflower,broken into florets
1 cup 8 oz) sour cream
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese,
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place cauliflower and a small amount of water in a saucepan; cover and cook for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Combine cauliflower, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cornflakes, pepper and salt; transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until heated through.
