4 1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
red raspberry preserves
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. With electric mixer cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour. Grease cookie sheet. Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut in circles in 1/2 of the dough. Cut inner circle with a thimble on the other 1/2 of the circles. Bake at 350º - 10 min. or until golden. Cool and pair together. Fill with raspberry filling and top with the circle with a hole on top. sprinkle with powdered sugar and place preserves in center with a baby spoon
