1 half cup vinegar 1 T sugar
1 T soy sauce
1 T dark sesame oil

cucumbers, bean sprouts, celery, cabbage (original recipe)
or use lettuce, mandarin orange sections, seeds, etc. for change

Shake together the above and pour over salad before serving
Store the remainder in fridge
