2 pints fresh strawberries
1 1/2 tsp instant tapioca
1 tsp lemon juice (up to 1/2 cup or more, if you prefer)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 cup buttermilk
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of allspice
1 tsp grated lemon zest

Puree strawberries, place in pan and heat with tapioca and lemon juice until thickened add sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Chill and serve
