Boneless beef cut into thin, long strips

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup sugar (I use less)
1 fourth cup vodka (or choice)
1 half cup water
1tsp ginger
garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade strips of beef and in the above for several hours in the fridge. I seal it all in a bag and then squeeze the bag every so often.
Thread beef strips on bamboo sticks and broil or grill until done, flipping over for both sides
