1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 TBS sesame seeds
9 cups shredded cabbage, green or red
1 bunch green onions sliced
1 pkg. Ramen oriental chicken flavored noodles, uncooked
3/4 cup light oil and vinegar salad dressing
3 TBS sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds and sesame seeds in a 350ºF oven for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. They burn quickly. Toss the cabbage and green onion in a large bowl. Remove the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodle package and set aside. Crush the noodles and add them to the cabbage mixture. Combine the salad dressing, sugar and salt with the ingredients of the seasoning packet and blend well. Pour dressing over the slaw and toss well. Serve immediately. Great with BBQ!
