Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
5 squirts Worcestershire Sauce
2 globs Chili Sauce
1 stick butter, soft
1 loaf Wonder Bread, crusts cut off

Directions:
Directions:
Note: Cheddar cheese used to come in 16 oz packages. Now they're much smaller, so you may have to buy 2 logs of cheese. The pre-shredded cheese just doesn't melt right, so you'll have better luck if you do it yourself (a tip from Aunt Libby and Billy Huschle).

Mush first 4 ingredients (may have to use your hands). Aunt Libby suggests you taste the mixture to make sure it has enough 'zing.'
Use a rolling pin to flatten the de-crusted bread.
Spread the cheese mix onto the bread with a knife.
Roll the bread and slice into pinwheel sections (4 per slice).

Bake at 400 for 9 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Yum. This was in Volume 1 of the Heffernan Family Cookbook, but really, you can never have enough of these.
