1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
6 eggs
1 cup Milk
1 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
Syrup, honey or favorite topping
optional: add chopped apples or fruit of choice to the mixture before baking

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place stick of margarine in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Melt margarine in oven. While the margarine is melting, mix eggs, milk, flour and salt in blender until smooth and well blended. Pour batter over melted butter in pan and place back in oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve immediately by cutting into squares. Serve hot with maple syrup, honey or favorite topping.
