Oriental Salad Recipe

1 package coleslaw mix
2 packages Chicken flavored Ramen Noodles
1 bunch of Scallions
1/2 c. Sunflower Seed Kernels
1/2 cup of Cashew pieces

1/2 c. Sugar or Splenda
1/3 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
2 packets of seasonings from noodles

In a bowl mix the coleslaw mix with the crushed ramen noodles. Chop scallions and place in bowl along with sunflower seeds and cashews.

Mix all of the dressing ingredients together and then pour over the salad, just before serving. Toss everything together.
