1 1/2 - 2 lbs. of Ground Beef
1 - 1 1/2 cups of Italian Bread Crumbs
2 pieces of ends of bread- grated in small pieces
1/4 cup of Grated Cheese
2 eggs
1/8 cup of Milk
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl soak grated bread with milk set aside. In a large bowl mix ground beef with bread crumbs, grated cheese, eggs, salt & pepper, and bread mixture. Mix together thoroughly.
Heat oil in Fry Pan when hot place rounded meatballs in pan and fry turning to brown until done.
Can add Meatballs to Sauce or have as a side dish.

As another dish using this ingredients you can make the shape of the meat mixture into a oval shape add some chopped onions and fry. This is a different alternative to meatballs vs. hamburgers.
