1 head of Red Leaf Lettuce
1 avacado
2 medium vine ripe tomatoes (or 4 small romano tomatoes)
1 green onion
1/2 cup purple leaf cabbage
1 cucumber
1 carrot

1 cup Extra Light Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (recommend the Kikkoman (Lite)
1 Fresh Garlic Clove
1/4 teapsoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Lemon

Chope all veggies to make salad. (make sure lettuce is not too
DRESSING: Chop garlic into small pieces. Mix all ingredients &
pour over a dry salad. Pour as much or as little as desired.
