2 lbs hamburger
1/2 c crushed crackers
1/2 c milk
dried minced onion to taste
2 tsp salt

1c brown sugar
2tsp mustard
3tsp vinegar
2 TBSP dried minced onion
1/2 c ketchup

Combine hamburger, crackers, milk, onion and salt. Mix and shape into meatballs. Place in pan or baking dish. Mix together brown sugar, mustard vinegar, onion and ketchup. Pour this sauce over meatballs and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

NOTES I always double this batch at least. A double batch fits in a 9X 13 pan. Sometimes I make the meatballs and bake them the day or two before without the sauce and then just put them with the sauce in a crockpot the next day.
