Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-6 center cut port chops, either with bone or without
1/2 c. flour
dash pepper
1 can 99% fat free Cream of Mushroom soup
milk (any kind)
1/2 c. fat free or reduced fat sour cream
1 tsp marjoram
2 cans French Friend Onion Rings (find those on the canned veg aisle)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Dip pork chops in flour and pepper to coat both sides and brown in skillet over medium high heat.

Mix together soup, 1 soup can full of milk, sour cream and marjoram. Spread thin layer of soup mixture over bottom of 9x11 pyrex dish. Lay pork chops over that and then spoon rest of mixture over the pork chops. Spread 1/2 of french fried onion rings over pork chops.

Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes covered. Then uncover, spread rest of onion rings over top and bake another 10 minutes or until done. The thickness of the pork chops will determine the bake time. Thinner pork chops a little less time, thicker ones, a little more time. But this is so creamy, there is no danger of overcooking. Cut one in the middle and make sure it looks done, greyish versus pink.

Serve with your favorite vegetable and mased potatoes for a great meal!
