1 c sifted flour
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c butter
2 egg whites
1 c sugar
2 c sliced strawberries
2 t lemon juice
1 t almond extract
1 c heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Spread first 4 ingredients in shallow pan and bake 20 minutes at 350º, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3rds of mixture in a 13x9 baking dish.

Combine egg whites, sugar, berries, lemon juice, and almond extract in a large bowl. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks form, about 10 minutes. Fold in whipped cream and spread over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze overnight.
