1/3 Cup sugar
1/3 cup catsup
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
2/3 Cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 Cup cold water
1 tsp. hot oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, rinsed and patted dry
1 14Oz. can pineapple slices

Brown chicken in cooking oil. Place browned chicken in a oven safe baking dish. Make sauce by combining sugar, salt, catsup and soy sauce with 2 /3 cup of water. Bring to a low boil. Add vinegar. Mix cornstarch with 1/3 cup water, add to mixture and boil slowly until it thickens. Pour sauce over chicken, place sliced pineapple on top, bake at 350 for 1hour or more.
Good served with rice. Also good on pork chops.
