Individual Loaves
2 lb ground pork
1 lb ground ham
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Basting Sauce
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
For loaves, combine all ingredients and form into individual loaves and place in cup cake tin. Baste with sauce mixture and place in a 350º oven. Baste every 15 minutes. Cook until done, 1 hr to 1 hr 15 minutes.

There are two recipes for ham loaves in her hand written book. Mary Jones had yet another recipe. I'm not sure which she used when she made these. I think this is right.
