Spaghetti Pie Recipe

6 oz. spaghetti
3 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chooped onion
4 oz. can drained mushrooms
8 oz. can chopped tomatos
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
3/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 c. cottage cheese (drained)
1 c. mozarella

Cook spaghetti, drain and stir in butter, parmesan and egg. In a greased jellyroll pan take the mixture and make a crust. Cook hamburger and onion. Drain and stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt. Simmer 30 min. Spread cottage cheese over crust, top with hamburger mixture. Cover with foil. Bake a 350 F. for 45 minutes, top with Mozarella and bake an additional 10. min.
