Sprinkle 1 yeast Cake in 1 cup warm water to dissolve. Add 2 tsp sugar.
Place in large bowl:
1 TLB Shortening
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 Egg Whites unbeaten
1 TLB water
3 3/4 cup to 4 cup flour

Directions:
While yeast is rising, mix all ingredients together, except for the flour. After mixing in yeast mixture, sift flour into mixture. Let rise once. Shape into ball and roll dough very thin--the thinner the better.
Top with tomato sauce or pizza sauce in can. Add fried hamburger, sausage, pepperoni, grated mozerella Cheese.
Optional: add olives, green peppers, onions.
