2 1/2 cups Flour, divided
1/2 cup instant potato flakes
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package rapid rise yeast
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoon's Margarine
1 egg, at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, potato flakes, sugar, salt and rapid rise yeast. Heat milk, water and margarine until hot to touch, about 125 degrees; stir into dry mixture. Mix in egg and enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. On a lightly floured surface, knead 4 minutes. Divide dough into 16 equal pieces. Shape into balls; arrange in greased 9-inch round baking pan. Let rise until double. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
