1 cup (8 oz) vanilla yogurt
2 tabelspoons honey
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and continue to blend until desired consistancy.

Fresh fruit can be substituted if well chilled or frozen prior to blending.
