4 teaspoons loose green tea (or 4 bags)
1 1/2 cups water
2 tabelspoons honey or sugar
a few slices fresh ginger
2 cups Honeydew melon chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the water and let sit for 2 minutes. Add the tea and steep for 3 minutes. Strain tea. Add ginger slices to tea. Dissolve sugar or honey in the tea. Chill. Remove the ginger slices. Put Tea and honeydew in a blender with some ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Cantelope also works well in this recipe. Try substituting red tea and strawberries, omitting the ginger.
