1 bag frozen diced potatoes (hash browns)
2 bags shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick of butter - melted
1 can cream soup (mushroom or celery)
1 16 oz tub of sour cream
1 choped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Evenly spread contents into a 9x13 or similar size d pan. Bake uncovered for an hour. Let potatoes sit a few minutes before serving. ENJOY :)
