1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla extract
1 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
1 1/2 c macadamia nuts, finely chopped
1 1/2 c whipping cream
1/2 c sugar

Crust:
1 1/2 c chocolate wafer crumbs
1/2 c macadamia nuts, finely chopped
1/3 c butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom and up the sides of a 9" pie plate. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes and cool.

Beat 3 ingredients at high speed with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add chocolate morsels; beat at lowest speed just until blended. Stir in chopped nuts.

Beat whipping cream at high speed with an electric mixer until foamy . Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form; fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into chocolate macadamia crumb crust. Freeze 8 hours.
