2-10oz pgs frozen broccoli spears (thawed)
4 cups cooked diced chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange thawed and dried broccoli in bottom of buttered casserole. Arrange cooked chicken over broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and curry powder. Spread over chicken. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and spread on top. Bake at 350 until browned and bubbly, about 30 minutes. (Can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated but will take longer in oven, best to let come to room temperature before baking).

We used to make this with left over Kentucky Fried Chicken. It was even more flavorful because of the 11 secret herbs and spices.
