3 eggs separated
2 TLB. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Whip egg whites until stiff. Whip egg yolks. Add flour to egg yolk. Mix in Baking Powder. Add little bits of milk until mixture is smooth, but not too runny. Fold in beaten egg whites. Dip bread in Mixture. Don't let set very long or egg whites will go down and be soggy.
Cook on hot griddle and serve with Maple Syrup.
