Skinless chicken legs and thighs thoroughly rinsed and dryed.
1 lb butter melted
Progresso bread crumbs, Plain
Parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Line large baking pan with foil. Dip chicken in butter then dredge in bread crumbs, thoroughly. Place in foiled pan, alternating wide part and bone (drumsticks). After first layer of chicken is in pan – sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley flakes as desired. If feeding many people, then you can do a second layer. Repeat seasonings. Cover chicken with foil and bake at 350. 1 layer for about an hour and 2 layers for about 1 hour 20 min. test chicken, if done remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes (to brown).
