4 large chicken breast halves
2 cans (10 1/2 oz each) cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can green chili peppers, diced or chipped
1 sm. can sliced ripe olives
1 pint (2 cups) sour cream
3 – 4 green onions, sliced (tops included)
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 dozen flour tortillas
2 c. (8oz.) shredded cheddar cheese.

Directions:

Cook chicken breasts, skin, bone and dice; set aside. (May be done in advance and refrigerated, covered) Add soup, chili peppers, olives, sour cream and onions. Placing mixture on 12 tortillas. Roll and place in a 9x13 (sprayed with Pam) pan.
