2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup confectioners sugar, sifted
2 sticks butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecan, very finely chopped
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl beat butter on medium until creamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar. Beat until combined scraping bow. Add water and vanilla, beat until smooth.

Mix in as much flour as you can with mixer. Stir in the remaining flour and chopped pecans.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased Cookie sheet.

Bake 325º for about 20 minutes or until bottom is slightly brown. Cool on rack. Gently roll each cookie ball in confectioners sugar.
