Eggs, number desired
1 tablespoon breakfast meat
Amount needed per egg:
(cooked bacon, sausage or ham)
1 tablespoon cream, half & half, or
1 tablespoon grated cheese
evaporated milk
Salt and pepper

Spray your muffin tin with non-stick spray or line with cupcake paper, crack 1 egg into each muffin cup. Top with remaining ingredients in the order listed. Bake at 400º for 13-15 minutes depending on how soft you like your eggs.

It is best to eat immediately as they continue to cook as they sit in the pan. These eggs are great with hash browns, toast, waffles, or pancakes.

*Pour 1/4 cup water in empty muffin cups if you are not using the whole pan.
