1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups crab meat (2 - 6 1/2
Dash pepper
ounce cans)
Large mushrooms, wontons or
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
cream puff shells
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon milk
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/2 teaspoon creamed horseradish
Shredded cheddar cheese

Combine ingredients except for topping. Fill large mushrooms (or wontons or cream puff shells) with mix and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
