1/3 cup chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp chopped onion
4 Tbsp Crisco
6 Tbsp flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 7 oz can tuna
1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 recipe of Pioneer biscuit mix biscuit dough
grated American cheese
chopped pimento

Directions:

Brown onion and green pepper in fat. Add salt and flour and blend. Add soup and milk. Cook until sauce is thick and smooth. Add flaked tuna and lemon juice. Pour into greased baking dish and cover with cheese swirls. Bake in hot oven 450º 15 min.

Cheese Swirls
Make biscuit dough. Roll 1/2" thick. Cover with grated american cheese and chopped pimento. Roll and cut in 1/2" slices and place on tuna cut side down.
