12 small white pearl onions
1/2 lb white mushrooms
4 good sized flounder fillets
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 to 1/2 tsp rosemary to taste
8 thin lemon slices
1/3 c melted butter
1/3 c white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and par boil 12 small white onions. Drain and set them aside. Clean and slice 1/2 lb small mushrooms. Now arrange 4 good sized Flounder fillets in a buttered shallow casserole. Arrange around them the onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle lightly with the salt and pepper to taste.

Add 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Rosemary and 2 thin slices of top of each filet

Pour over all 1/3 cup melted butter and 1/3 cup white wine.

Bake for 20 minutes at 325º for 20 minutes until fish flakes.

Serve plain boiled potatoes and a platter of crispy cooked asparagus......Nana's note on original recipe states that this is a meal that is "Fit for a King"
