4 c poached, chopped chicken breast in 1/2" cubes
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 c chopped celery
1/2 c green onions chopped
1 c mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can whole water chestnuts chopped
3 c Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix bread crumbs
4 tbsp of melted butter
2 c sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except butter, crumbs, and cheese. Spread mixture into a greased glass Pyrex pan. Sprinkle top with cheese and bread crumbs, then drizzle top with melted butter.

Bake 350º for 25 minutes or until brown and bubble.
