1 (8oz) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 .5 oz. dried beef, shredded
¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 medium onion, finely chopped
½ tsp. black pepper
½ cup sour cream
¾ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese well with dried beef, green and red peppers, onion, and black pepper. Fold in sour cream. Spoon into casserole dish. Top with pecans. Bake at 350 º for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers. Serves 8-10.
