2 cans veg-all, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st five ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Mix crackers and melted margarine. Spread on top of veg-all mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
