1 Slightly beaten egg
3/4 cup soft bresd crumbs
1.4 cup grated Parmensan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 to 2 ckoves garlic, minced
1 tsp.dried Italian seasoning or1/2 tsp. dried rosemary crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pound ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning or rosemary, salt and pepper. Add ground beef, mix well. Shape into 28 meatballs.
Arrange the meatballs onto a baking pan. Bake meatballs in a 350* oven for 15-20 mintuesor until done. Drain off fat. Theres a Marinara Sauce to go with the meatballs.
