6 eggs
1/2 lbs butter
2 cups sugar
2 TBS Anise
4 cups flour
4 tsp Baking Powder

Directions:

Mix all ingrediants together in mixer.

While the batter is mixing preheat the pizzelle iron. make sure to spray with nonstick spray.

When pizzelle iron is hot, place a teaspoon amount of batter on each of the patterns on the iron. Close lid and hold for 10 to 15 seconds. You may want to adjust the time depending on how light or dark you like your pizzelles. Also, each pizzelle iron is different.
